ICC Mediation Rules
While every dispute differs in one way or another, they each have one common aim: To be resolved in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. This is the guiding principle behind the ICC Mediation Rules, which provide a framework for the conduct of mediations in international commercial disputes.
ICC Standing Committee
The ICC Standing Committee is responsible for the development and interpretation of the ICC Mediation Rules. The Committee is composed of 10 members from different countries, each with extensive experience in mediation and dispute resolution.
ICC DRS App
The ICC DRS app is the only official tool from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) that brings together the ICC Mediation Rules, the ICC Rules of Arbitration, and the ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) Rules. The app provides users with access to the latest versions of these rules, as well as to a variety of resources and tools for dispute resolution.
